Monthly Report & Important Note (payment formality)

Students selected as tutors based upon the recommendation of international students’ supervisors are requested to complete the procedures as follows:

October 5 (Thu) Registration form of bank account information (Excel) [with password]
How to register (PDF)
This is necessary for the payment procedure.
*If you have already registered your bank account information, it is not required to send the form this time unless there is any change in the registered information (bank, name of account holder, etc.)
*Password will be informed by email separately.

(1) A letter of consent/notification (PDF)
(2) A copy of your Social Security and Tax Number ("Individual Number" or "My Number") card, etc.
Make sure to check here (PDF).
*(1) and (2) must be put in an envelope with your name/department/year written and sealed.
*Students who have already submitted to our graduate school do not need to submit again.

  • Payment will not be made unless “Time Sheet” and “Report of Tutor Activity Form” are submitted by the deadline (We will not send email to confirm or remind.)
  • Tutor activities should not overlap with class schedule or TA activities.
