Priority will be given to students with a high level of need for financial support, but those who are able to perform the job may apply.

①TORIHIKISAKI-Data Registration Form (Bank Account Registration Form) ※International students should also submit a scanned copy of bankbook (photo is acceptable) to prove account number, name, etc. |
Excel file | Upload here | Not required if already submitted and there is no change to bank information. However, note that this is not the same as the registration made for a TA (Teaching Assistant) position. Please submit if you have not submitted before with this form. |
②Documents about Individual Numbers (My Number) *Submit documents in a sealed envelope with your name, affiliated department and Student ID number written on the front of the envelope. |
