Perform tasks (jobs) that contribute to university management by utilizing students' advanced knowledge, skills and techniques.
Priority will be given to students with a high level of need for financial support, but those who are able to perform the job may apply.

Applying

On-Campus Jobs (OCJ) Application Form

  • Enter your name student ID number in the name of file.

  • Select a job from the "Recruitment Job List".
  • The program is open to doctoral and master's students. (Undergraduate and research students are not eligible.)
  • Multiple applications are accepted.
  • You can also apply for jobs in majors other than your own.
  • Remunerations will be paid within four weeks of the monthly attendance record submission deadline. .
  • This is not a TA. The procedure is different from the TA.
  • Students who have not yet arrived in Japan are not eligible to apply for On-Campus Jobs. Please apply after you arrive in Japan.

➁Comments from Faculty Advisors

  • Enter your name student ID number in the name of file.
  • Have your faculty advisor fill out the form and put his/her electronic seal on it.
At start of job assignment

①TORIHIKISAKI-Data Registration Form (Bank Account Registration Form)

※International students should also submit a scanned copy of bankbook (photo is acceptable) to prove account number, name, etc.

However, note that this is not the same as the registration made for a TA (Teaching Assistant) position. Please submit if you have not submitted before with this form. 
②Documents about Individual Numbers (My Number)

*Submit documents in a sealed envelope with your name, affiliated department and Student ID number written on the front of the envelope.
