*Keep monthly deadlines.
*Change the file name to
  " (TA number)_(Your Name)_(Month) Attendance-book".
  e.g. M001_YayoiHanako_April Attendance-book
*Your TA number is on the letter of TA appointment.
Follow the directions provided from Department Support Team. Be sure that working hours cannot exceed hours indicated in the letter of TA appointment. In case you couldn't make it, please ask your supervisor.

As a rule, you can work up to 40 hours per month, and up to 20 hours per week.

Please take a break for at least 45 minutes if the working hours exceed 6 hours, and at least 1 hour if the working hours exceed 8 hours.

Make sure class time and work time do not overlap.

4. Precautions

  • Please keep the letter of TA appointment carefully. (Detail)
  • Be sure to check the “Must-Do’s for TAs” before you start to work as TA.
  • Those whose residence card is expired can't be paid even if an attendance book is submitted. After period of stay is extended, please submit copies of both sides of the new card.
  • If your status of residence is changed, please contact to the Department Support Team.
